Healthy living is about living wholly, in harmony with nature, our environment and our own core self. It is about integrating our mind, body and soul. Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of healing and living, is the only one of its kind in the world that addresses the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of our well being. With a therapeutic approach that gets to the core of our personality, behaviour and lifestyle, Ayurveda is more than a mere system for curing ailments; it in fact charts out a complete lifestyle for disease-free living.

Yoga is an ancient science that helps the seeker to find true peace within. The process of yoga is through a process of discipline consisting of following ethical code of conduct followed by practicing yogic postures that not only strengthens the body but also brings enhanced awareness and peace of mind. The seeker is then instructed to a process of controlled breathing with awareness called pranayama which gives both strength endurance and wellness both in level of the body and the mind. Then comes a process called pratyahara which helps the seeker withdraw from the senses and look inward. After this a practice of focus and meditation paves way for eternal peace and tranquility. Practicing yoga strengthens the body, ensures proper breathing practices, gives proper relaxation and yields to positive thinking. As there are differences in each of us, the combination and sequence of yogic practice has to be specifically selected for each person based on the mental and physical states, the level of activity and alertness. When practiced under the guidance of an experienced trained certified yoga teacher it activates the innate healing system within each one thus enhancing both healing and the quality of life.
